The best wax experience ever, I will definitely be returning. I came here for the first time after a friend recommended Kristen raving about the service. I decided to give waxing a shot after shaving for my entire life and can gladly say i’ll never go back to shaving. The wax was so quick and Kristen talked me through the whole process, a great service 10/10 recommend.

This was the best wax experience that I’ve ever had. Kristen was very nice and made the experience fast and easy. And the studio is a whole vibe! It’s so clean and the decor is top notch. Kristen’s follow up is second to none. She educated me on hair and skin during my appointment and also emailed me several product recommendations and a skincare regimen to keep my skin right! This was my first time getting a bikini wax. Truthfully I was TERRIFIED as I’ve heard some horror stories from friends. When I tell you Kristen made the process so easy, painless and actually enjoyable I am not kidding. I moved from NYC to New Jersey a few months ago. I have been waxing for quite some time already, but had to find a place closer to my new home. She was amazing. Very professional, her studio was clean (she even makes sure you take off your shoes at the door), and she was personable. This Brazilian wax didn’t even hurt and I had 8 months of growth (recently gave birth). I’ll be back in 4 weeks. Don’t think about if you should try Kristen. JUST DO IT!

Kristen was right on point with my service. The studio was clean and very well kept with so much good vibe and energy. I was recommended to go to Kristen, because my last wax experience was terrible. I heard great things about Kristen, so I made an appointment and went to see if there were all true. The whole experience was better than what I expected. After my appointment she takes her time to follow up and gives you a guide on how to treat your skin after the wax. I have done a lot of research to find someone that I would trust and felt comfortable with. After reading many positive reviews about Kristen I felt inclined to make an appointment. Kristen’s warm studio environment makes for such a welcoming and calming space. She is so fun, honest, and a joy to be around. She made the visit so pleasant and I felt so comfortable. I was recommended to Kristen and had my first appointment in February. From the moment I walked in, you’re greeted with edgy, personal, and eccentric artwork. I did two services, and it took less than an hour. The process was so smooth! She really cares for her clients, as she shared her journey with me, her expertise through the process, and recommendations that made me feel taken care of and at ease. Kristen even checks in on you the next day and emails an aftercare pamphlet. Absolutely a great experience!

My first time waxing with Kristen did not disappoint! From the second I walked into the suite, Kristen was very warm and welcoming. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and that I was happy with the waxing. She kept up a conversation the entire time, which really helped relax me. She gave some really good instructions on how to reduce any irritation after the wax, and even checked up on me the next day to see how I was doing. Kristen is clearly passionate about her line of work and cares for her clients. Definitely recommend!
