This was the best wax experience that I’ve ever had. Kristen was very nice and made the experience fast and easy. And the studio is a whole vibe! It’s so clean and the decor is top notch. My first time waxing with Kristen did not disappoint! From the second I walked into the suite, Kristen was very warm and welcoming. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and that I was happy with the waxing. She kept up a conversation the entire time, which really helped relax me. She gave some really good instructions on how to reduce any irritation after the wax, and even checked up on me the next day to see how I was doing.
